Study of a girl with ringlets teaching her dog to sit up, 1930s / by Sam Hood

What would you like to improve about your teaching?

What are your strengths?

Where could you use some guidance?

These are the kind of questions our Cognitive Coaches will be asking as they begin working in a new capacity . Community Leaders Lani Ritter Hall and Dean Shareski will be serving in these roles for all the cohorts this year. Lani and Dean will base their work on Evocative Coaching by Bob Tschannen-Moran, Megan Tschannen-Moran.

The Morans have developed “a simple yet profound way of facilitating new conversations in schools through Story Listening, Expressing Empathy, Appreciative Inquiry, and Design Thinking.” These conversations will enable all of us to share our stories and our best work, as we move through PLP together.
