Wow. In the past week, over 1,000 educators have downloaded a free copy of The Connected Teacher: Powering Up — the first eBook from Powerful Learning Press.
Powering Up includes 22 short articles about the journey to becoming a better teacher by first becoming a connected professional learner. All the articles come straight from classrooms and schools, and each was written by an educator featured here at our Voices from the Learning Revolution group blog.
To keep the momentum going, we are hosting a virtual Book Party on Thursday, December 6th at 8pm Eastern Standard Time (US).
So please join five of our Powering Up authors (Kathy Cassidy, Brian Crosby, Patti Grayson, Marsha Ratzel & Shelley Wright) along with Powerful Learning Practice CEO Sheryl Nussbaum-Beach and me (John Norton, PLPress editorial director). We’ll have short readings, plenty of time for your questions and comments. We’ll also highlight three forthcoming books from Powerful Learning Press, with all three authors on hand.
