Last week we shared that enrollment is now open to the Instant Impact Collaborative Cohort, our answer to teacher overwhelm during the 2020-2021 school year. Wondering if it’s for you? Or how it might fit into your already busy schedule, we’re answering those key questions below!

What is the Instant Impact Collaborative Cohort?

Teacher overwhelm and burnout is happening faster and faster this school year, we’ve heard many teachers say that they are “end of the year” tired, that they’re ready to quit, and we’re only in the first month or two of school. Something has to shift, how we’re all managing pandemic teaching and learning is not sustainable.

There isn’t an easy fix, or a magic button to make all of the stress go away overnight, but there are strategies that can provide instant impact. Strategies that over time are slowly combined with well thought out research backed techniques, that can give you the relief you need this year. That is what the Instant Impact Collaborative Cohort (I2C2) is all about. Instant Impact Collaborative brings together self-care, effective pedagogy, 1:1 support, and a community of likeminded educators ready to lean in and problem solve to shift your focus from surviving to thriving the 2020-2021 school year.

What makes Instant Impact so effective is each participant is on their own journey! There is no set track for what this program looks like, no “one size fits all”. It was designed to support exactly what you and your students need to meet the challenges of this unprecedented school year.

Our hope is that this program will be the life line that gets us all through this year of pandemic teaching and beyond.

How does the Instant Impact Collaborative work?

We have surveyed hundreds of educators and chunked their top concerns into seven topics. Each month new content is released through a live meeting, a self-paced course, 1-1 coaching conversations and more. We all add our ideas, our solutions and create new ones together.

Imagine having a 1:1 coach that can support you with personalizing the content we offer to your situation. Someone that can collaborate with you to solve any challenges you’re facing.

Small group coaching is available in the private community where you can post a question any time of the day for support!

At the beginning of each month, you will receive an email with everything you need! Links to content, customized printables to guide your journey, downloadables, zoom meetings and  information that supports yours scheduling of the coaching sessions.

You are 100% in charge of how much you engage, which content you apply, and what this journey looks like for you!

Does it take a lot of time each day? I’m already feeling stretched.

We hear you, in fact we designed the Instant Impact Collaborative specifically to target teachers that are overwhelmed. Just imagine the amount of time you will save by having a caring coach by your side as you’re figuring things out. You’re in control. You decide how much time you want to spend and when you want to spend it! Instant impact means just that — quick, relevant answers and solutions to your challenges right now.

Who should be part of the Instant Impact Collaborative Cohort?

I2C2 is for everyone that works with learners. It doesn’t matter if you’re working with children or adults, if you work with learners and are looking for a better way forward in ways that provide instant impact in your instruction, pedagogy, coaching or leadership THIS program is for you!
