If you’ve been enjoying TPACK Fridays, you will be happy to know we have more coming. Today we feature two great speakers who will share their work with you. Here is the blurb from our website:

A former PLPeep, Jennifer Clark Evans is an Upper School English teacher from Fredericksburg, Virginia. She was featured in Will Richardson’s book Blogs, Wikis, and Podcasts. She was also highlighted in NAIS’s Stories of Excellence for her use of wikis in the classroom. She will discuss using wikis for literature circles.

Ginger Lewman is the Director of the f2f Program, (grades 5-8), at Turning Point Learning Center (http://turningpointterriers), a public charter school in Emporia, Kansas. She worked to create the program from the inception in 2006, learning how to interlock Project Based Learning with 1:1 laptops and rigorous, standards-based content to create the Life Practice Model. She’s a Google Certified Teacher and goes by the username of “GingerTPLC” across the Internet. Ginger will share a Language Arts/American History project that’s infused with technology and delivered in a PBL format.

Also, EdWeek is sponsoring a series of PD Workshops/Webinars. Sheryl Nussbaum Beach is presenting in March, and you won’t want to miss it.

So many ways to learn.
